<A href="http://www.ruantie.com/">乳腺炎</A>→的发病原因<A href="http://www.ruantie.com/"></A> -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. 乳汁的淤积：乳汁淤积有利于入侵细菌的生长繁殖。原因有: ①乳头过小或内陷,妨碍哺乳,孕妇产前未能及时矫正乳头内陷,婴儿吸乳时困难; ②乳汁过多,排空不完全,产妇没有及时将乳房内多余乳汁排空。 ③乳管不通,乳管本身炎症,肿瘤及外在压迫, 胸罩脱落的纤维亦可堵塞乳管。 2. 细菌的侵入乳头内陷时婴儿吸乳困难,易造成乳头周围的破损,是细菌沿淋巴管入侵造成感染的主要途径。另外婴儿经常含乳头而睡,也可使婴儿口腔内炎症直接侵入蔓延至乳管,继而扩散至乳腺间质引起化脓性感染。其致病菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为常见。
